Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect

Orders: your name, email, phone, shipping address and the items you order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Messages and quote requests: the details you enter in our contact and custom-design forms, and any artwork you upload.
Site usage: we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, general location). These services use cookies.

How we use it

To build, ship and support your order.
To answer your questions and send quotes.
To improve our website and products.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store — payment processing (Stripe), shipping carriers, form handling, and analytics — and only for those purposes.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To ask about, correct or delete information we hold about you, contact us through our contact form, by phone at (586) 615-3226, or by email at ahhjumps@gmail.com.

Children

Hobby horsing is loved by kids, but purchases on this site are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
